To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original new condition with tags attached. For optimal piercing care, we recommend using saline wipes for sterilization. It's important to note that alcohol and peroxide are not recommended as they can dry out your skin. Following these guidelines ensures the best care for your piercing.
